1. How can I propose a ride?

First you need to register/create an account. Then, you can propose a ride by going to the Bir yolculuk önerin page and filling up the ride details form. You will be asked to confirm the ride creation as a second step. Once you create the ride, it will be visible on the Main Page and people will be able to book your ride.

2. How will I know that someone wants to book my ride?

You will receive a notification email to the email address you used when registering. You can also check your driver dashboard, if someone sends a booking request it will show up on your driver dashboard page.

3. How can I Accept or Reject a booking request?

When someone sends you a booking request, it will show up on your driver dashboard as a ride with reference number. Inside the ride card, there may be one or several bookings depending on the total number of bookings you received. Each Booking will have a reference number and a booking status “pending”. You will see two buttons “Accept” or “Reject” on each booking request. You can click on the appropriate button to accept/reject a booking.

If you accept the ride, the contact details of the passenger will appear inside the corresponding ride and inside the appropriate booking, on the passenger dashboard page. You can then contact him and make additional arrangements for the ride. Note that when you accept the booking request, your contact details will also be shown to the passenger, inside his passenger dashboard.

The contact details will be visible to both the driver and the passenger until the day of the ride. They will disappear the day after the ride from the corresponding dashboards.

4. Can I cancel my ride?

Yes, there is an option to cancel the ride. In this case all the passengers who booked or send a booking request will be notified. This will count towards your total number of cancelled rides. Please avoid cancelling rides unless it is unavoidable. We may suspend your account if we find out that you are abusing this option for your own interest and to the detriment of the passengers.

How can I book a ride?

First you need to register/create an account. Then you need to

  • find a ride you want to book on the Main Page,
  • click on the ride,
  • choose how many seats you want to reserve and;
  • click on “Book now”.

Your booking request will be sent to the driver and it will appear in your passenger dashboard with status “pending”. You will receive an email notification that a booking request was sent to the driver.

Then, the driver can either accept, reject or ignore your booking request. Please note that your booking request needs to be manually accepted by the driver in order to be valid. If the driver accepts, you will receive a confirmation email.

The status of your booking will change to “accepted” and the contact details of the driver will appear inside the booking on the passenger dashboard page, so you can contact him and make additional arrangements for the ride. Note that your contact details will also be shown to the driver if he accepts your booking request.

The contact details will be visible to both the driver and the passenger until the day of the ride. They will disappear the day after the ride.

Can I cancel my booking?

Yes, there is an option to cancel your booking on your passenger dashboard page. Please avoid cancelling rides unless it is absolutely unavoidable. We may suspend your account if we find out that you are abusing this option for your own interest and to the detriment of the drivers.
